Dr jacklin by far the worst dr there.. have had problems with her in the past so have always tryed to avoid going. I have just had a knee operation so am in absolute agony my physio lady told me to go get the strongest painkillers I can get so I call and get fobbed off with naproxen which i already no don't work!! They wont work any better than paracetomal or oburprpfen both of whoch i have alwp tryed woth no luck!! She couldn't care less if she tryed and also didn't help in any way at all with my sleeping and also doesn't care that I haven't slept for at least 3 weeks!! What an absolute joke. . Now on the case of trying to change my dr I dont want to have to leave a surgery iv been with since I was little because of her!!
Doctor Jacklin fobs you off instead of sending you for treatment. Doesn't listen to the patient's needs. Always too busy to help you and makes you feel unwelcome. She looks stressed, rushed and gives the impression she has more important things to do rather than listen to your problems. She doesn't have the empathy to be a GP. Dr Fiona Jacklin lets the Swan Surgery down. AVOID!
The doctors and nurses give an excellent service but the new telephone system is really letting the surgerys great reputation down.
Doctors are great, but not easy to get hold of after the new phone system was implemented.
Hands down one of the best surgeries around. Amazing staff & fantastic doctors. They always go above & beyond to help.
