Brilliant for after care
I very good experience buying a used car from White rose. Sales people weren't pushy at all. All my questions were answered and we were given the space to make our decision. Received a very fair price on the part exchange, Everything was quickly organised and a good handover. All round a positive experience.
I have bought 3 cars from White Rose, with the last one I agreed they would buy me in a part, as part of my purchase deal. As soon as they had my money they spent the next 4 months trying to wriggle out of the deal we had made. They dont understand loyalty and have lost me as a customer for good.
Wow, what a fantastic service.! Ian was very friendly and helpful, not pushy and very knowledgeable. We booked a test drive and he popped in (on his day off) to make sure we were happy. He took plenty of time thoroughly explaining the workings of the vehicle on collection. The car came with flowers for my wife and he called me the next day to check all was good.
