Taxi over 30 mins late. Didn't make my appointment on time. Very displeased.

Just called and been helped instantly. Thank you

Pre booked a taxi, even confirmed it a few hours later to check it was booked for correct date and time and yet they didn't turn up so was left trying to ring round for another company late at night - wasn't happy

Excellent service. Pick up from Gatwick airport and door to door service with a charming and helpful driver. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and to recommend.
