Decent selection of kids shoes, a touch expensive but not much more than the likes of Clarks.

When attempting to purchase my grandson new shoes, upon 'measuring' his feet the incompetent assistant tried to force his feet into a smaller shoe than the ones he was already wearing! It took a second assistant to find the shoe was too small. My daughter attempted to advise that perhaps they should measure again and that he needed bigger not smaller shoes only to be regarded with contempt. She had absolutely no confidence in the service offered and when declining the shoes eventually offered was told very condersendingly 'well they are expensive'...,.it was not the price that was undesirable but the service offered. Why would you buy shoes you weren't convinced actually fit??? Not the first time she has had to walk away. Will definitely avoid. Might as well go and guess foot size. Not good enough!
Felt unwelcome by the staff from the beginning as we seemed to be interrupting them taking photos of themselves. When eventually approached by a member of staff, I was greeted with an eye roll as if it were an inconvenience to measure my 1 year old daughters feet and buy some shoes quickly. Throughout measuring my daughters feet the woman who was wearing a beige tartan scarf was giving the other members of staff smug looks and more eye rolls. She didn't seem to give two hoots about the shoes she was trying to sell me as she tried to sell me pre-walkers when my daughter is a confident walker. When I corrected her about the type of shoes, she was even more rude and was giving my daughter filthy looks. I will not be taking her in there anymore and will be letting my friends with children know of my experience. Think this shop needs to hire more competent staff!
