We recently purchased our house from a couple who were using Bourne Estate agents. So I can only comment about the interaction I had with their back office client manager Haley Prescott at their Farnham office.We had a pretty tight time-frame for purchase and we suffered (as many do) from a series of breakdown of communications between our and the vendors solicitors. Haley quickly built a rapport and was great at keeping in touch with updates. She worked tirelessly with us to ensure that any bumps were smoothed out. She would contact each of the solicitors and even relay emails and messages so that we weren't held up. We successfully completed our move in time for the kids to start school which was extremely important to us.I can't speak highly enough of our experience and I would thoroughly recommend working with Haley and the Bourne team in general. I know that the vendors were also very pleased with the service from Bourne.
