I recently took my son to Picketts to buy his first Valatines present. He was very nervous about using a proper jewellers and even asked are you sure we can go in there? We received a wonderfully warm welcome and, after I had had a quiet word about the purpose of our visit, we were given an absolutely first class service - and we only spent about 30! I am truly sorry that I didnt get the name of the chap that helped us but the effort he put in to making it a special purchase was remarkable. I only wish I could afford to shop here more often. A truly first class jewellers, highly recommended.
