If only every company you have to deal with in life had customer service like Roost. Couldnt be more impressed and grateful for the work they carried out and how they delivered it.
What a nice local business. We bought a bed from them and they delivered it, as promised, at the end of a working day - no approximate delivery times and waiting around for six hours or whatever. The two guys helped me move the old mattress out of the way and managed to wrestle the new one up the stairs although it was a tight fit. They took the time to put the bed together properly and were very friendly and polite. The bed is great and should hopefully last for many years. I wish every business was like Roost!
Having recently moved to Petersfield and needing a couple of bits for the house, we visited Roost Home Interiors earlier in December. I wanted a blanket-type box for the kitchen, which could be used for storage and seating. Roost had a nice one in the showroom which wasn't quite big enough, but after talking it over, it was agreed that a box could be made to my own specifications in their workroom. I was subsequently sent a very fair quote for the work, which I agreed. Our kitchen had been totally refitted when we moved in and I was impressed when they offered to match the colour of the box to the new units.The box has now been delivered - just in time for Christmas, which was an unexpected bonus - and I am absolutely delighted with it. It is sturdy, very well made and has been painted in a near-perfect colour match. It fits beautifully into the space under the window and is exactly what I wanted.I am so pleased to have found a local business with such high-quality workmanship, who are prepared to go the extra mile for their customers.Many thanks to Dan, Luke and their team.
