Having purchased flowers on a regular basis from other florists in petersfield. I ordered flowers from the blacksmiths daughter due.to.the fact the other businesses were busy. Not only was.the arrangement extremely poor for the value. It was.no bigger than a fivers worth.from Tesco. I politely called and informed.the shop...didnt ask for a refund or.more.flowers. The response was " we feel it's fine so tough!!"...i would.recommend other florists in petersfield for value, quality and.most of customer service

Blacksmiths Daughter did my wedding flowers in 2010. My bouquet started falling apart before I left for the Church, I had repeatedly put flowers back in the bouquet throughout the day and I was told the bouquet had 'all but died' by the next day! I was on Honeymoon so my Mum took this up with the Blacksmiths Daughters Manager-only to be told 'your Daughter must have been rough with the bouquet!' (Urm-I Don't know how you call picking up the bouquet as you leave the house being rough with them!). Last year, a Neighbour bought me a bouquet from Blacksmiths Daughter as a 'birth congratulations' and I was hoping my experience of the Wedding flowers was just 'one of those things' but to my disappointment, the flowers looked nearly dead the following day too. My elderly neighbour visited 2 days later and kindly offered to 'throw away those flowers,' and then asked after her bouquet. She was mortified and I was hugely embarrassed. Needless to say, I will not ever use Blacksmiths Daughter again.
