Simply stunning location tucked under the hill with East Meon spread before it like an apron in the sun. One of several very ancient churches including Our Lady of Warnford established in the 7th century and before laying the religious and architectural foundations of Winchester Cathederal. If you visually remove the spire, which is a later addition to the church, you will see the similarity. Not to mention the Tournai Font one of half a dozen or so in south Hampshire several of which are located in Meon Valley churches.
Nice place with loads of needlework and semi wild graveyard.
